NEW  Expo Brunch! Get ready for an exciting finale to the WQA Convention with our first-ever Expo Brunch on Thursday, April 24, from 10am - 2pm! This unique event is a simple, affordable, turn-key activation like games, food, & beverages you can add to your booth offering! Plus you will benefit from additional WQA promotions:

  • A dedicated webpage listing of all Expo Brunch booth activities
  • Pre-show emails sent to all registrants
  • A featured section in the WQA 2025 Mobile App
  • Push notifications to all attendees the morning of the Expo Brunch

Pricing ranges from $80 - $7,200. The deadline to sign up is Friday, April 11 so act soon!

Exhibitor Service Kit

Fern is the official general contractor for the WQA 2025 Convention & Exposition. Click here to access the official WQA Exhibitor Service Kit via Fern's OneView service portal where your team can order all show services and items.

Freight must be received at the advance warehouse between March 31 - April 18, 2025 and cannot arrive at show site prior to April 21, 2025. You may print shipping labels through the Exhibitor Kit.

Badge Registration & Lead Retrieval

Convention Data Services (CDS) is the official registration and lead capture vendor for WQA 2025. Click here to view and order XPress Connect lead retrieval services.

As a reminder, exhibitors receive:

  • Three (3) complimentary exhibitor badges and two (2) customer passes for the first paid 10'x10' booth space
  • One (1) exhibitor badge and two (2) customer passes for each additional paid 10'x10' booth space
  • Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased at a price of $150-$200 per badge

Steps to use customer passes & invite customers:

  • Log into the CDS Registration page
  • Click on "Customer Pass" on the menu bar
  • Invite customers via email or invitation code

Beware of Housing Scams

WQA is aware of unauthorized companies trying to sell hotel rooms in the WQA hotel block. Please note that WQA ONLY works with MCI as the official housing partner. Any other companies trying to promote housing are in NO WAY affiliated with WQA, and WQA cannot protect anyone who reserves housing through these companies.
